SINGAPORE: After Corona, Scoot currently operates only one flight from Singapore to Trichy. In this context, Scoot announced on the 13th of August that it will start its second flight again and it will operate from November 1, 2022.
Before the Corona Pandemic, Scoot operated 2 flights daily between Singapore and Trichy. The first flight will take off at 9.10 pm from Singapore and arrive at 10.50 pm in Trichy. Likewise, another flight will take off from Singapore at 11 pm and reach Trichy at 12.30 am. Similarly, the first return flight from Trichy will depart at 11.50 pm and the second at 1.30 am.
Regarding the broadcast, the vital information is that this Scoot flight is stated as NON REFUNDABLE TICKETS. It means there will not be a refund on cancellations after ticket booking. Still, if the passenger wishes to change the travel date, they will be charged a penalty.
For example, if you want to change the travel date after booking a ticket for Rs. 10,000, then you need to pay an additional fee of almost Rs. 9,000 (changing fee of Rs. 4,500 + fare difference of Rs. 5,000). So, please be very careful before booking your tickets.
However, now Scoot has announced that this flight will be operated from September 30 as a drastic change from November 1. Also, Scoot opens its ticket bookings from now onwards.
