Job Description:
- Liaise with vendors on handling of outsourced components and preparation of supporting documents for repair.
- Establish effective communication between customer and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure tasks are dealt with relative to the respective days to meet KPI
- Handle any ad-hoc admin tasks and duties delegated by supervisor, etc, if any
- Constantly monitor the repair status and update management as and when required.
- Upon completion of repair from Supplier / OEM, arrange for internal QA checks with supporting documents from Supplier / OEM.
