- Take delivery and inspection of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Ensure accuracy of the company inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals,, receipts, adjustments, and return
- Maintains receipt, binning, posting, records and issuance of material
- Receives and unpack materials and supplie
- Report damages and discrepancies for goods receipts
- Packing of parts for shipment and dispatch
கல்வி தகுதி:
- NITEC in Mechanical, Information system, Logistics or equivalent
- Preferably 2-3 years experience in an Aerospace environment
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Excel is a must
2. Executive, Procurement (Shared Service) – Corp/FT

- Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Conduct sourcing/ competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved for the company
- Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected supplier
- Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered
- Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC)
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
- Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
- Build, maintain and manage relationships of both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.

- Diploma in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer
- SAP Hands-on and Microsoft Office experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environment
3. Technician:
- Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Diagnosing faults and conducting thorough inspections to determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilising diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to maintain consistent communication and workflow.
- Documenting all repair and maintenance activities accurately and efficiently.
- Staying informed about new technology and industry trends to implement best practices in your work.
- Assisting with training new team members and sharing your expertise within the organisation.
