Eligibility:

Mechanical Engineer (Construction Project Management, M&E and CSA):

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent certificates, with Project execution & management knowledge.
2. Minimum 5 years’ field experience in Construction industry managing multi-disciplinary projects in semiconductors or pharmaceutical industry with some experience in a subcontracting firm. Candidates with no prior experience but with relevant working Mechanical Engineering knowledge are welcome to apply.

2. Minimum 10 years’ field experience in Construction industry managing CSA and MEP projects and some experience working in subcontracting firm.
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in construction project management.
4. Excellent understanding of commercial ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
5. Good working knowledge in construction contract / commercial term and condition.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Electrical Manager:

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other equivalent certificates. LEW certification an added advantage.
2. Minimum 10 years’ field experience in Construction industry managing CSA and MEP projects and some experience working in subcontracting firm.
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in construction project management.
4. Excellent understanding of commercial M&E systems.
5. Good working knowledge in construction contract / commercial term and condition.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (FMCS/BMS/ELV):

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or other equivalent certificates with Design and Build knowledge; able to conduct Engineering Design and Calculation.
2. Minimum 5 years’ field experience in Construction/Oil & Gas project management for E&I projects.
3. Knowledgeable in construction policies and procedures.
4. Excellent understanding of commercial E&I systems and Process Controls.
5. Familiar with Singapore Standard on Code of Practice for Electrical Installation.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel & Word.
7. Good working knowledge in construction contract / commercial term and condition.

Designer Draftsman:

1. Minimum 7 years relevant hands-on experience in drafting for Engineering/Construction industry, preferably with Main-Con or M&E or other engineering services company.
2. Diploma or Degree in Building Drafting/Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent qualifications.
3. Candidates without the relevant qualifications but with relevant work experience may also be considered.
4. Good understanding of Drafting code for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
5. Experienced in 2D & 3D Autocad & BIM drawings.
