- Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets.
- Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.
- Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
- Verify service provider bills. Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
- Support Manager/Team Leader in PowerPoint preparation.
- Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).
